Author sequence: 1 → 3 → 7 → 6 → 5 → 2 → 4 → 8. The physical placement of notes does not determine play order.
In-game requirements
- Find an Ancient City with the author’s eight Sonorous Deepslate blocks near the Reinforced Deepslate frame.
- Play a Goat Horn in the center to summon the Singer and awaken the blocks.
- Place Note Blocks on the awakened Sonorous Deepslate and tune each block to the needed Sift note.
- Left-click the notes in the order shown above. Right-click changes a note; left-click plays it.
The author says the note positions do not need to match the play order. If the portal fails, use the guided troubleshooter and compare your installed mod release.
